What are you, exactly?

Lust Lab is a Kink/Dungeon/BDSM/Lifestyle creative studio. We’re available to rent for photoshoots, to experiment in private, and ultimately to have fun. Looking for the perfect boudoir photoshoot backdrop? Want a space to safely re-enact those spicy scenes from your latest romance novel? Want a space that doesn’t have distractions (read:piles of laundry, pets, kids…) for you to reconnect with your partner? That’s what Lust Lab is for.

Here’s what we’re not: a short term rental. You may rent the studio for multiple days, but please be aware we are not a short term rental (ie: Air BnB). There is no bedding (aside from a fitted sheet and pillow cases), cookware/utensils, or television.

We are not a “voyeur” space, or theater. If you do not have a reservation, you are not welcome to “drop by” and will be considered a trespasser and handled as such.

We are not a brothel. Prostitution and solicitation are illegal in the state of SC.

Where are you located?

Lust Lab is located in the West Ashley area of Charleston, SC, near the Whole Foods shopping center.

What is the exact address?

Due to privacy and safety issues of other guests, we do not give out the exact address without a confirmed booking.

Is it private?

Yes, the studio is a stand alone building in a quiet and tucked away corner.

Are there cameras?

Yes. For safety purposes there are exterior cameras only. There are no cameras or surveillance of any kind inside the studio.

Can the furniture be used?

Yes, all furniture and props are available for use, though they are for novelty purposes only and will be used at your own risk. All guests will need to sign a waiver to enter the studio and use any furniture and/or props.

Do I really have to sign a waiver?

Yes.

Are there age restrictions to use the studio?

Yes. All guests must be 18 years old or older, and have a valid ID. ID’s will be checked.

Can I host a party?

There are up to 6 guests allowed during a session. Each guest must sign a waiver.

Can I add last minute guests?

Yes, as long as they have signed the waiver and we have it on file before they enter the studio.

What if a guest doesn’t sign a waiver?

Whoever the primary guest is (the person who makes the booking) would take on responsibility for any unauthorized guests and their actions, and would be subject to an immediate cancellation of booking and charged a fee of $250 per unauthorized guest.

Do you have a photographer?

We don’t have an in house photographer, but there are a few that we work with and we can connect you with them.

Can you help me find someone to experience the studio with?

Sorry, but no, that’s something you have to do on your own. But we have faith in you! You deserve it!

Is there parking?

Yes there are 3 designated parking spots with the ability to fit 6 (if you don’t need to shuffle). There are also shared parking spots available.

Is it clean?

Sparkling. Every inch is disinfected and cleaned after every booking. We (the owners) use Lust Lab to create content, so rest assured that cleanliness is our top priority next to privacy.
